At Sundar Marble Murti, we take great care in crafting and delivering each marble idol with the highest standards of quality and workmanship. We also want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy below:

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accompanying materials.

Note: As our products are handcrafted and fragile, we do not accept returns for change of mind, size preferences, or minor design variations.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@sundarmarblemurti.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Attach clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective product and packaging.
  3. Our team will verify and guide you through the return process.

Do not send the item back without confirmation from our team.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected:

Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days after approval.

A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized idols

Products returned without original packaging or signs of use

Any product reported after 48 hours of delivery

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement for a damaged product, we will process a return and you can place a new order after receiving your refund.
